Bringing innovation to Luxury Yacht Charter

CHALLENGE

The luxury yacht charter industry is centuries old, but that doesn't mean it isn't subject to change and innovation.

The goal of this project was to capitalize on new technology in sales and marketing by obtaining new leads, tracking all incoming quests, and reacting swiftly and effectively.

Implement new innovative approach to the marketing services, introduce state-of-the-art, sophisticated, user-friendly digital tools to the yachting market today.

Some people are not so tech-savvy. in particular, sales representatives may only utilize basic solutions and avoid using any sophisticated technology.

IDEA

The team came up with idea to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core to NGIS (Northrop Global Intelligence Service) platform, to provide instant access to the entire global fleet of superyachts with complete pricing information and historic data with the touch of a button.

Also to add tools to manage the sales process and integrate three of the leading global yacht sales portals.

Modernizing the fundamentals

Northrop & Johnson is a leader in the luxury yacht charter industry. From popular yachting destinations in the Mediterranean to the Bahamas and Caribbean , a luxury yacht charter is the ultimate holiday for personal preferences. Enhancing Collaboration

The first stage of the project was to get Microsoft Dynamics 365 up and running. The team had to learn how to use the software and customize it to fit Northrop & Johnson's specific needs. They also had to integrate the three global yacht sales portals into Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Boosting Productivity

In the second stage, the team created easy tools to streamline yacht searching using Power Apps.

The new apps connected with Microsoft Teams and Office 365, allowing customers to locate the ideal yacht for their needs.

By using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Northrop&Johnson was able to stay ahead of the competition and bring innovation to the luxury yacht charter industry! Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped them manage their sales process, communicate with customers around the globe, and find new leads.
